After the semi processed products sent from weaving department being controlled through first degree quality control, they are delivered to the Dyehouse Department. In this department where totally 38 personnel are employed, it is one of the most assertive industrial units of Turkey just like every corner of the facility….

The daily production capacity of this yarn dyeing group where there are totally 9 tanks having 50, 100, 125, 500 and 1000 kg volumes for yarn paint works is 5 thousand kgs.

As for the piece dyeing group where there are 8 tanks having 125, 200, 400, 500 and 600 kg. volumes, daily production capacity is 6 thousand kgs and thus the total production capacity in the unit reaches daily 11 thousand kg.

In this department where dyeing, washing and shearing transactions are realized, there is also a laboratory equipped with high a technology as well.
